Effective Date: July 03, 2026
Welcome to Erin Marie Does Art! Thanks for stopping by. Whether you’re browsing the gallery, commissioning a custom portrait, reading the blog, or shopping for artwork, these Terms & Conditions explain how this website works and what you can expect from me.
By accessing this website or placing an order through Erin Marie Does Art, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.
⸻

Throughout these Terms, “Erin Marie Does Art,” “I,” “me,” “my,” and “we” refer to Erin Marie Does Art.
⸻
Age Requirement
This website is intended for visitors who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

⸻

Orders may be placed directly through this website or through trusted third-party platforms linked from this website, including Etsy.
Availability of original artwork and commissions is limited and may change without notice.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
payment cannot be processed;
fraudulent activity is suspected;

the requested commission falls outside my current availability or artistic scope.
⸻
Payments
Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes will be collected where required by law.
⸻
Commission Artwork
Commissioned artwork is created from photographs supplied by the customer.
By submitting photographs, you confirm that:
you own the photographs or have permission to use them;
you grant Erin Marie Does Art permission to use them solely for creating your commissioned artwork.
Every painting is hand-painted and unique. Small artistic differences from reference photos are normal and are part of the character of original artwork.
Unless otherwise stated, one reasonable round of minor revisions may be offered during the design process. Once artwork has been approved or completed, additional changes may require a new commission or additional fees.
⸻
Original Artwork
Each original painting is one of a kind.
Because watercolor is a handmade medium, slight variations, natural textures, deckled edges, brush marks, and paper characteristics are considered part of the artwork and are not defects.
⸻
Limited Edition Prints
Certain collections may be offered as limited editions.
Once an edition sells out, additional prints may not be produced unless clearly stated otherwise.
⸻
Digital Products
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
resell digital files;
redistribute them;
upload them to print-on-demand services;
use them commercially;
alter them for resale.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
⸻
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards, promotional offers, coupon codes, and discounts may not be combined unless specifically stated.
Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time.
